Jordanian Crown Prince attends a joint military exercise

Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II attended a military exercise hosted by the Jordanians Armed Forces- Arab Army (JAAF), where a number of security agencies, ministries, and national institutions participated. In the exercise, which was held at King Abdullah II Special Operations Training Center (KASOTC) simulating a terrorist chemical attack and a scenario of freeing hostages.

The goal was to ensure that the rapid response system is prepared to manage crises relating to chemical, biological, and hazardous materials in order to control and limit their impact. He was briefed on the rapid response system, which includes specialized teams from the Joint Arab Force, Public Security Directorate, General Intelligence Department, Ministry of Health, Ministry of the Environment, and the National Centre for Security and Crisis Management.
